lapis lazuli contains several minerals giving its classic blue, gold, cream, white colours, this piece has lovely rich blues with some golden pyrite inclusions and a little white calcite.

Lapis originates from Afghanistan in one particular area although the colour, pattern and appearance of inclusions can vary from site to site. From a crystal healing spiritual perspective lapis lazuli is associated with the higher vibrational energy centres or chakras of the body, aiding communication and enhancing ones spiritual awareness. Great for wearing and just being!
