I originally ordered 3 items, I received an email apologising as one piece I had bought could not be located. The refund for this item actually showed up before I had even seen the email.

The items have arrived this morning, care had been taken to ensure the order was well packaged. When I opened the main part - a geode - I was so impressed as the geode was even more beautiful in person.

There was a note on my order again apologising for the missing piece. Things don’t always go right and it is how they handled it that will ensure I am a returning customer.
